At LeadsMunch, every list comes with a 95% accuracy guarantee backed by our Bounce-Back Guarantee. Because data degrades naturally over time and no database can be 100% accurate at every moment, we don’t operate on a cash-refund model, instead, we make it right by replacing what doesn’t work.

How it works:

If your accuracy rate falls below our 95% guarantee, or you experience excessive bounces:

1. Contact us at info@leadsmunch.com with your bounce/accuracy data
2. Our team reviews the issue
3. We provide a free replacement file, up to the value of your original purchase, to make up the difference

This is our Bounce-Back Guarantee, and it’s the path to resolution for every order, every time data underperforms our stated accuracy.

When a cash refund applies instead:

Refunds are issued only when LeadsMunch fails to deliver the service entirely, or when a fault is clearly on our end (for example: payment processed but no data delivered, and our team is unable to resolve it with a replacement). Outside of these cases, replacement, not refund, is how we resolve quality issues.

What’s not covered:

• Lists purchased under a promotional price or promo code are not eligible for refunds or replacements under this policy
• No refund will be issued if your access is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions
• General dissatisfaction with campaign results (e.g., low reply rates) is not the same as a data accuracy issue, our guarantee covers data accuracy and deliverability, not marketing outcomes

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory legal rights in your country of purchase.
